Web Series- A web series is an episodic narrative video on the Internet
for mobile devices, or any other broadcasting medium.
Web series can be either live action or animated or nonfiction.

Create your own Web Series. 3- 5 mins
Write a Treatment:
What, Who, Where, When
1st Draft Friday Jan 18

Create a situation:
Develop a very specific event that creates a conflict/misunderstanding.

Create a character:
Think of three adjectives, one describing their physical appearance,
one about their personality, one about the psyche.
Example: A tall, shy, trusting person!

Create a Transformation:
Your main character  must be transformed somehow!
by changing one of the adjectives they started with.

Tell the story with pictures, rather than with words
(You will use dialogue, but you should understand the story
without any words).

Form A Production Team (4 Max Adv Seniors!) Consisting of:
Writer, Director, Cinematographer, Producer/AD), Editor (Some must double up)
*Team identification by Jan 13 or sooner


Name Your Production Team:
Come up with a brand/channel name/production company Be Clever!
The name of the group will belong to the team as a whole. A contract will be drafted. Unless one of the team members would like to use his/her own production/studio name that the team agrees to use.

Web Series Actualized (Pilot or first Episode):
Written Document email to Instructor must consist of
Working title, Logline, Character descriptions, Synopsis.
