·       Your Pitch should include most of these elements:

·       A "Logline" is a one or two sentence description that tells the basic premise and purpose of a TV show idea. The one-liner that tells and sells your show. In addition to having a great title and synopsis, the Logline is the core concept you are pitching Producers

·       A Trailer

·       Part of a script

·       Part of a story board

·       Collections of storytelling photos

The Main plot: Discuss in broad strokes what your series is about where you want to go with it, potential storylines and character arcs and entanglements (even for a documentary or a reality show). You want to make sure you have clearly established the tone.  It is often helpful to use shows that people are familiar with.

1^st Episode: Discuss what the pilot-episode of your show looks like. Your pilot needs to serve as an example of what a typical episode would look like (i.e. an example of a closed ended story and examples of character conflicts.)

Self Portrait Film

Pre-Production:

• Begin Journaling your daily thoughts and experiences while thinking about the events, the places, the persons, or anything elese that has shaped you into who you are today. (Describe memories of meaningful places, relationships, objects or
  experiences.)
• Create a storyboard for a short video self-portrait that visually communicates the personal significance of a place, relationship, object or experience.
• For inspiration watch the film The Beaches of Agnès, a cinematic self-portrait of filmmaker Agnès Varda (an icon in French New Wave films) 

In this delightful memoir, award-winning French filmmaker Agnès Varda (Vagabond, Cléo From 5 to 7) employs all the magic of cinema to juxtapose the real and the imagined, the past and the present, pain and joy. For this 81-year-old artist, memories live through her films. In The Beaches of Agnès, she uses film clips, old photos and gorgeous reenactments to revisit her Belgian youth, association with the French New Wave, marriage to director Jacques Demy (The Umbrellas of Cherbourg) and the making of her movies. You don’t need to know anything about Varda to enjoy this enchanting glimpse into the treasure chest of her memories.
